Mcinfinty offers a variety of comfortable and durable clothing items, including the popular "Foreigner Jogger set" made of a soft cotton/poly fleece blend. We also offer other stylish and long-lasting apparel.

2. Are RAEÍR clothing items suitable for professionals?

Yes, RAEÍR offers the "Navy Strong Scrub Cap," a water-resistant medical cap suitable for professionals in various fields. It is also plant-based for a softer and more natural feel.

3. Can I return or exchange my purchase?

All sales are non-refundable. However, we do allow exchanges and merchandise credit. Exchange requests for damaged items must be made within 7 days upon delivery, and all items being returned for credit must be in their original condition with original packaging. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except for damaged items being returned.

Once you have received return authorization, you can ship the item(s) back to us. Upon receiving your return/exchange item(s), we will contact you via email for final confirmation.

5. Where does RAEÍR ship to?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to start shipping internationally in late 2023.

After processing and handling your order (which typically takes 1-3 business days), the delivery time frame is usually 10-20 business days. Please allow extra time during busy seasons and consider factors like distance, customs, and natural disasters that may cause postal delays.

Yes, tracking numbers will be sent to you as soon as we are able to ship your order. However, please note that additional delays beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections, may occur.
